Northern Italian Cooking is the best cookbook of its type. I first heard of Biba Caggiano when she was featured in Better Homes and Garden's in the 's. I purchased the first edition at that time. I've lost count of the number of copies I purchased since then. My copy is dog eared and stained but I think it just shows how it is so well loved/5(36).
